Hej, har lite olika observationer som jag har gjort genom åren och kom att tänka på denna när jag rensade ut mina kläder (& skor) inför flytten (se här). Tänkte ta upp detta med att rensa ut kläder i ett senare inlägg i veckan men kan inte tycka t.ex att förslag som att 1) har du inte rört ett plagg på tre månader så kan du kasta / sälja det eller 2) om du inte rört en kartong på ett år så kan du kasta utan att öppna. Anledning? Jag vet inte hur många saker som jag faktiskt HAR sparat och faktiskt använder, kanske inte regelbundet, men tillräckligt regelbundet och jag är glad att jag inte har kastat flera saker (& mina tjejer). T.ex bara idag hittade jag mina gamla skidbyxor från Peak Performance a la Stenmark som jag använde för ca 10 år sedan och som jag kommer att använda idag. Hur snygga som helst, eller hur?
Dock är läget annorlunda om du behöver ställa frågan: Är detta modernt eller inte? Du tvekar, det är NÄSTAN modernt men inte riktigt just nu men det kanske blir det, eller? eller inte? kanske? Då behöver du en bra kompis som är objektiv och som självklart svarar - INTE!!
Samma sak med frågan: Sitter byxorna / klänningen / kjolen snyggt? Troligen inget du skall köpa även fast expediten säger annat alternativt inte spara!
En annan sådan fråga är: Är vi ihop eller inte? Än en gång, en bra kompis ger dig det rätta svaret - INTE!! Smärtsamt men sant!
Har ni några fler exempel på sådana frågor som man har svårt att svara objektivt på själv men som "alla" vet svaret på? Catharina
Hello, have always made small observations in life and came to think about this one when I was going through all my clothes (& shoes) when I packed up the apartment (see here). Will talk about sorting out clothes later this week but don't totally agree on suggestions where they say f. ex 1) when you haven't touched an item for three months throw it out / sell it or 2) if you have a box that you haven't touch in a years time, just throw it away. Reason? I don't know how many things I have saved and still use, maybe not always on a regular basis, but still use and I'm happy I haven't thrown them away (& so are my daughters). For example today I looked & found my old ski pants from Peak Performance a la Stenmark that I used over 10 years ago and I will wear them today. Look really nice, right?
However, it is a different thing if you need to ask the question: Is this still in fashion or not? If you then in doubt, since it is almost ok but not totally, or maybe it is? or? then you need a good friend who tells you - NOT!
And almost the same thing with; Does these trousers / dress / skirt fit me? Most probably you should not buy it despite what the salesperson says or don't save it!
Another question is; Are we a couple or not? And with a good friend around she / he will give you the right answer - NOT!! Painful but true!!
Do you have any other examples of questions like this that is difficult to answer yourself objectively but "everyone" around you knows the answer?? Ciao Catharina
