Glad Påsk från mig till dig! Jag hade tänkt att påskdekorera men med allt som hänt med ett par familjemedlemmar och stora problem med min rygg så tog min ork slut och jag fattade ett sent beslut att inte plocka fram några påskpynt alls. Men det blir påskmat, mao den vanliga “högtidsmaten” i Sverige med sill, potatis, Jansons frestelse, köttbullar och lax. Imorgon blir det lamm, gott! Lite påskgodis, i lagom mängder, blir det också. Happy Easter from me to you! I had planned to decorate for Easter but with everything that happened to a couple of family members and major problems with my back, I ran out of energy and I made a late decision not to have any Easter decorations at all. But there will be Easter food, that is, the usual “holiday food” in Sweden with herring, potatoes, Janson’s temptation, meatballs and salmon. Tomorrow there will be lamb, delicious! There will also be some Easter candy, in just the right amounts. Have a really happy Easter!! See you. Ciao Catharina
