Hej, hur har du det? Bra, hoppas jag. Jag tänker mycket på en av våra nära vänner som har det tufft just nu, med sin sjukdom och hur hennes kropp påverkas av den. Så ledsamt. Skickar massa kärlek till dig!!

Vi var ju på 60-års födelsefirande förra fredagen i Salzburg. Firande skulle hållas „DER FRIESACHER“. så vi bestämde oss för en staycation där. Ett riktigt fint och mysigt hotell. Och helt rätt beslut, då vi kom sent i säng.

Hi, how are you? Good, I hope. I think a lot about one of our close friends who have a tough time right now, with her illness and how her body is affected with it. So sad. Sending lots of love to you!!

We were at the 60th birthday celebration last Friday in Salzburg. Celebration was going to be held at „DER FRIESACHER“. So we decided to have a staycation there, as well. A really nice and cozy hotel. And just the right decision, because we got late in bed.

Efter att vi vilat oss lite gjorde vi oss iordning för partyt. Völkomsdrinken hölls i trädgården på hotellet. Jag hade tänkt att be någon ta ett par bilder på mig och maken, men det kändes aldrig riktigt rätt. Men här är jag…

After we had rested a bit, we prepared for the party. The welcome drink was held in the garden at the hotel. I was going to ask someone to take a couple of pictures of me and my husband, but it never really felt right. But here I am ...

Här är själva “födeldelsdagbarnet”; Johanna. Med sin familj. Hela festen var riktigt kul. Vi hamnade vid ett kul bord, med mycket prat och skratt. Det var kul aktiviter också, bl.a. bad de alla att filma en hälsning och det var riktigt bra gjort. Kul ide.

Here is the birthday girl itself; Johanna. With her family. The whole party was really fun. We ended up at a fun table, with a lot of talk and laughter. It was fun activities too, including They all asked to film a greeting and it was really well done. Fun idea.

DJ Wolfgang spelade musk hela kvällen. Vi dansade tills han slutade spela klockan 01.00. Då var vi inte många kvar, varken på dansgolvet eller i festlokalen.

DJ Wolfgang played Musk all evening. We danced until he stopped playing at 01:00. Then we were not many left, neither on the dance floor nor in the party room.

Vi var uppe och åt frukost strax efter sju. Duktigt va?

We were up and had breakfast shortly after seven. Good huh?

Visst ser jag ganska pigg ut dagen efter eller hur? I min nya 501:or och jag är så glad för dem. De sitter rså snyggt. Japp, jag köpte ett par Levis 501:or, för ett par veckor sedan. Precis som jag hade på 80-talet. Flera stycken. Men man köpte dem då otvättade och tvättade dem hemma, och då krympte de två storlekar. Jag och min bästis hade 501:orna som en KPI / jämförelseindex om vad som var billigt eller dyrt. Oj, detta kostar som två 501:or, dyrt. Eller detta kostande som ett halvt par, billigt! Kul!

Vi åkte hem vid åtta och städade en stuga. MEN vid tolv var min ork slut. Resten av dagen blev det inte många knop. Men med en härlig känsla av en kul festkväll knopp och kropp, förutom…

Sure, I look rather ok the next day, right? In my new 501s and I am so happy for them. They are still neat. Yep, I bought a couple of Levis 501s, a couple of weeks ago. Just as I had in the 80's. Several ones. But back then you bought them unwashed and washed them at home, and then the two sizes shrunk. Me and my best friend had the 501s as a comparison index about what was cheap or expensive. Oh, this costs like two 501s, expensive. Or this cost like half a couple, cheap! Fun!

We went home at eight and cleaned a cabin. But at twelve, my energy was gone. The rest of the day we didn’t do much. But with a lovely feeling of a fun party night both in the soul and in the body, except…

…att mitt dåliga knä svullnade upp. Så nu haltar jag lite, men det var det värt.Men det hjälpte att cykla en halvtimma på söndagen. Men en bra sak är att jag kunde dansa, vilket jag inte har inte kunnat göra på flera år, pga min rygg. Men den märkte jag inte av. Så alltid något som är positivt, hehe Ha en fin dag! Ciao Catharina
