Hej, hade en riktigt mysig helg tillsammans med min BFF Gunnel och hennes man Krister, och deras äldsta dotter Lina. De var på genomresa ner till Kroatien. Vi fick en hel weekend tillsammans.

Hello, we had a very nice week-end together with my BFF Gunnel and her husband Krister. Also their oldest daughter Lina was with them. They were going to Croatia for holiday and they made a stop at our place. We got a full week-end together.

Vi pratar och äter mest massa god mat. När vi hälsar på hos varandra planerar vi alltid hela menyer, både nya och gamla recept. Kul! Vi kollar på lite olika saker i närområdet och denna gången åkte vi upp "vår" gata; Griessenkarweg. Ända upp till 1.800 m.ö.h.

We always talked a lot and eat good food. When we are visiting each other we always planning the time around food, with full day menus. We use both new and old recipe. We also trying to see different things around here in Flachau and this time we went up "our" street; Griessenkarweg. Almost up to 1.800.

Vi körde upp och gick omkring lite, och njöt av den vackra naturen. Som ni kan se.

We drove up and walked around a bit, and we enjoyed the beautiful nature. As you can see!

Maken fyllde år så vi passade på att fira honom. Vi tog en promenad i skogen, på min favoritstig, bort till en av våra favoritrestauranger här i Flachau; Holzwurm. Där satt vi i solen och drack några öl.

Husband had his birthday on Sunday so we celebrated him. We took a walk through the woods, at my favorite path, to one of favorite restaurants here in Flachau; Holzwurm. We sat at the terrace and drank some beer.

Vi hade fint väder och det blev premiär på att äta ute på terassen, alla måltider. Vi hade precis slipat våra teakmöbler och det blev fint.

We had nice weather and we had premier to eat out on our terrace, every meal. We have just fixed our outdoor furniture and we are very happy with the result.

Gjorde grillade persikor. Dela persikorna på hälften, ringla honung över och sätt in i ugnen på 160 grader i 1 1/2 timma. Gott som tillbehör till frukosten till gröten t.ex men också som efterrätt tillsammans med vaniljglass.

Made grilled peaches; split the peach into half, drizzle some honey over and put in the oven on 160 degrees for 1 1/2 hour. Really good for breakfast for the porridge, f.ex. as well as a dessert together with ice cream.

Vi grillade på födelsedagen och åt klassisk middag aka cevapcici.

We grilled for the birthday and had classic cevapcici.

Gjorde en mumsig melonsallad till. Och till lunch en dag gjorde jag Flatbread. Recept kommer på fredag.

And I did a really yummy melon salad. And for lunch I made Flatbread. Recipes are coming on Friday.
